In addition to distributing paper evaluation forms to gather training feedback, you can use Trellis 2008's e-mail
capability to send evaluation forms by e-mail and then process replies from a Microsoft Outlook folder.
Trellis 2008 converts your evaluation questionnaire into a Microsoft Word form and e-mails it to
a list of recipients which you specify.
Once replies start coming back you designate a Microsoft Outlook folder for replies and Trellis 2008
will pick up the e-mails and process the completed forms saving you time.
Collaborate on training evaluations with colleagues easily and effectively
Any number of users can have concurrent access to the Trellis 2008 system allowing end users to share tasks
and view data at the same time. This makes it easy to share workloads and work more effectively.

running reports. Trellis 2008 provides immediate access to the analysis reports giving you timely meaningful

Trellis 2008 also allows you to output your reports as Word documents and PDF making it easy to distribute

Trellis 2008 uses Microsoft SQL Server for its data storage. Microsoft SQL Server is a robust
and highly available multi-user relational database engine.
This provides you with a reliable database and large data storage capacity.
Easy to install and deploy
Deploying Trellis 2008 in your organisation is easy, just install Trellis 2008 on as many PC’s as
you require. When Trellis 2008 starts up for the first time, it configures the database for use
and you're up and running.
If you are already running Microsoft SQL Server in your organisation, Trellis 2008 can be configured to work with it.
If not, be sure to download the integrated installer. This will optionally install Microsoft SQL Sever 2005 Express
Edition on your PC as part of the installation process.
Single sign-on Security
Trellis 2008 users, connect to the system using the same security credentials they use to sign on when
they log into their PC’s.
Once a user has signed into your organisations system, they don't have to re-enter login information to access
Trellis 2008. They just need to be set up as a user in Trellis 2008 and this gives them immediate access.
This gives you control over who has access to the system as well as removing the administrative burden of setting
and resetting passwords or users having to remember another set of passwords.
