What's new in Trellis 2008 Version 2.0
E-mail Evaluation Forms to Training Delegates
We've introduced e-mail capabilities so you can send evalution forms by e-mail to recipients
and process replies from your Microsoft Outlook inbox.
Trellis 2008 converts evaluation questionnaires into Microsoft Windows forms which are easily
e-mailed and completed by recipients using Microsoft Word.
This mean you can now use paper as well as e-mail to collect training feedback using Trellis 2008. The new
user interfaces for managing e-mails make it easy for you to:
- Create cover notes to your evaluation form e-mails
- Know when the evaluation was sent
- Know if the email was succesfully delivered or bounced
- Know when the reply was received and processed
- Know how many questions were answered
- Easily re-send the evaluation form where a reply has not been received
You just need to have Microsoft Word and Outlook versions 2002 (XP)
and up installed on your PC to take advantage of this new feature.

Multi-Evaluation Project Reporting
You can now run reports across any number of evaluation projects with Trellis 2008. This means that if you
want to see reports for a group of projects, rather than open each project and print the report, you can use
the multi-project reporting.
With multi-project reporting, you choose the selection criteria based on training details to drill down to the
evaluation projects you want run reports on. At a project level you can add further filters to drill down further
to specific evaluations within a project to identify evaluations you want to run a reports on.

Import Delegate List from a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet
We've introduced this import functionality to remove the pain of having to set up each delegate
in Trellis 2008 by entering the details manually.
Now you can create a spreadsheet with these details and import them directly into Trellis 2008. As part of the
import process, the data will be checked for duplicates and will report back any inconsistencies.
