The Form Designer
Design evaluation forms to suit your requirements. From the form designer you can create forms for
online,
e-mail or
paper distribution.
The Layout View: Add any number of questions and question types to create your form.
Edit Form Questions: Select a question in the layout view to edit it. You can delete a question in the same way.
Set Form Fonts: Set the fonts for the different elements of your form.
Set a Form Logo: Personalise forms with your company logo.
Web Form Settings: Set the page title and font to be used for the web form.
Form Print Preview: See what the form will look like printed
Form Web Preview: See what the form will look like in a web browser.
Set Benchmarks for the Evaluation Form: Set benchmark scores for comparison against actual feedback.
