Manage all the details of a training evalution from one screen. No more working through multi-page spreadsheets
Each tab of this screen reveals the functionality you need to manage, analyse and report on your training
evaluations whether you use paper-based evaluation forms or you're e-mailing them to training delegates.
The Evaluation Details Tab: Set up details of the training event to be evaluated
and make changes.
1) Questionnaires that will be distributed to obtain feedback on this
training event. You'll manage this from the Questionnaires tab. 2) The
details of the training event. They are optional fields so if they don't apply you don't need to fill them in.
Setting up Training Details: Select the details of the training course from the drop down lists.
Add new selections to the lists if not already there.
The Questionnaires Tab: Assign the questionnaires you want to distribute
as evaluation forms by importing them from the template library, other evaluation projects or create them from scratch.
1) The questionnaires that will be distributed to obtain feedback on the
training event. You can add as many as you need. In this case 4 types of evaluation form will be distributed to 3
different parties. Trellis 2008 manages the evalution form, the feedback and its analysis for you.
2) The details of the training event. You manage this data from the Evaluation Details Tab.
The E-mail Tab: Send evaluation forms to delegates by e-mail and monitor their status.
1) These are delegates that have been e-mailed the selected evaluation form.
Replies have been received from them as indicated by the ticks. You can change the status of a sent e-mail if
it bounces
Sending E-mails: Send an evaluation form by e-mail.
The E-mailed Evaluation Form: Trellis 2008 creates this Microsoft Word evaluation
form which the recipients receive.
The Feedback Tab: Work with feedback whether by e-mail or paper.
1) Enter and view feedback from paper-based evaluation forms.
2) Process replied e-mails an view the replies. 3) View
the list of replies received. You can view more detail on the replies by clicking the view details button.
The Paper Data-Entry Screen: Enter feedback from completed paper-based evaluation forms.
1) Share the data-entry workload and identify each operators input using multiple
use mode. 2) Add as many respondents as you have completed evaluation forms.
The E-mail Feedback Screen: View the responses to e-mailed evalution forms.
1) Respondents are loaded anonymously together with their feedback.
The Analysis Reports Tab: Run and print reports. Also set filters on the
feedback report to show analysis for selected evaluation questions.
1) Choose the report font and also whether to show the report with charts,
tables or both. 2) Run reports on demand. 3) Apply
filters to run the feedback report based on selected questions.
The Feedback Report in Preview Mode: Preview and Print the report also export it in MS Word Format or PDF.
The Benchmark Report in Preview Mode: Preview and Print the report also export it in MS Word Format or PDF.
The Notes Tab: Record notes to the evalution project.
