To work with Evaluation forms, select the forms tab on the evaluation project window.  You will then see the following options exposed on the left-hand side of the window.

 

 

 

 

 

Designer

 Opens up the form designer window. You are able to design a form and save it to the project.  See Working with the form Designer for more information.

 

Import from an Existing Project

 Allows you to import one or more forms from an existing project in any project folder. See Import from and Existing Project for more information.

 

Import from the Template Library

 Allows you to import one or more forms from the form Template Library. See Import from the Template Library for more information

 

Benchmarks

 Opens the Benchmark window for the currently selected form and allows you to review or set the benchmark scores.  See Working with form Benchmarks for more information.

 

Change Properties

 Allows you set or change the properties of individual forms.  See Working with form Properties for more information.

 

Open in Designer

 Will open the selected form in the form designer allowing you to review or modify it.  See Working with the form Designer for more information.

 

Preview

 Will open the selected form in preview mode allowing you to print the form or output it as a Word document or PDF. See Working with the Preview Window for more information.
