Working with Processed E-mail Feedback

To work with Processed e-mail feedback,  click on View E-mail Feedback on the Feedback Tab. You will then see the following screen:

 

 

The left panel shows a list sequence numbers each representing a respondents. To view the responses of a respondent, click on the sequence number and their responses will show up on the right panel.

 

Deleting a Response

 

Before you can delete a response you need to unlock the form first.  Once it is unlocked, first select a sequence id on the left panel and then:

 

 Right click and then from the shortcut menu select Delete

OR

 From the main menu, select Respondent > Delete

 

You will then be prompted to confirm your action. Once you have made confirmation, the record will be deleted from the screen however it is not actually deleted from the database until you save your data by:

 

 Clicking on the save icon

OR

 From the main menu select Feedback > Save

 

Updating the Respondent list

 

You can update your respondents panel with all feedback that has been entered at any time by reloading. You can do this by:

 

Clicking on the reload icon

 

or

 

Right clicking on the respondents panel and selecting Reload

 

or

 

From the menu bar select Feedback > Reload.

 

If you have any unsaved changes you will be given the option to save them before the data is reloaded.
