Once you have completed the design on your form and have previewed the document, you are able to determine if the natural page breaks are appropriate.

 

If they are not, you can add a page break to direct how the whole form can be broken out into individual pages.

 

Adding a Page Break

 

To insert a page break select the element before the position of the page break you want to insert.

 

 From the menu select Modify Layout -> Insert Page Break

or

       Click on the page break icon

or

 Right click and select Insert Page Break

 

 

 

Deleting a Page Break

 

If you decide to remove a Page Break from your form, you can delete it by first selecting it and then:

 

 From the menu select Modify Layout -> Delete

or

 Right click and then select Delete

or

 Click on the delete icon in the toolbar

 

You will prompted to confirm your action. Once you confirm that you indeed want to delete the question, it will be deleted.  You will be unable to undo the delete action once it has been performed.
