Working with Multi-Evaluation Project Reporting

Multi-Evaluation Project Reporting allows you to run the evaluation reports without having to open each evaluation project individually and printing or viewing reports.
This interface allows you to query all your evaluation projects and view reports on evaluations that meet your selection criteria.
The reports you can run are

To open the Multi-Evaluation Project window,
From the application menu, select Analysis Reports -> Multi-Evaluation Project Reporting
OR
From the tool bar menu select the Multi-Evaluation Project Reporting icon ![]()
You will then see the following screen

The selection drop-down boxes represent selection criteria you can use to drill down to the evaluations you want to run reports on. The selection criteria corresponds to the information you would have used to set up your evaluation projects. As long as you have entered this data, you will be able to drill down by making selections from this list.
Once you are happy with your selection criteria, select the report you want to run and then click OK. As long as there is an evaluation that meets the criteria you specified, you the report you have chosen will open in preview mode.
Additional Query Criteria
To further refine your search criteria, down to individual evaluations, click on the Evaluation form filters button. The screen will then show additional selection criteria which you can use to drill down to individual evaluation projects and then evaluation types

Once you have set criteria here, click on the show projects button
. This will then show the individual projects that satisfy your selected criteria. You can then drill down selecting and de-selecting evaluation project folders, projects and forms.
As before, once you are happy with your selections, click on OK and your report will be opened in preview mode.
