To work with form logos, select the Logo tab on the form designer.  You will then see this view.

 

 

 

 

From this view you can add or remove a logo.

 

Adding a Logo to the form

 

To add a Logo to a form, the logo must exist in the logo library.  To lean more on adding a logo to the logo library see Importing a logo into the logo library.

 

Clicking on the Choose a Logo button .  This will open the logo library.

 

 

 

 

Select the logo you want to add from the left side panel, this will show the image in the display panel on the right.  When you are satisfied with your selection, click OK.  This will then add your selected logo to the logo tab as well as your form.

 

The placement of logo's on a form is to the top left corner.

 

 

 

 

Removing the form Logo

To remove the icon from a form, click on the remove button . After you have confirmed your action, the logo will be removed from the form.

 

Once you have removed a logo from a form, you need to save your form to remove the reference to the logo.
