Where you are working with an evaluation project you can access the the list of evaluation types and consequently add to the list.

 

From the forms tab

 

         Click on the Change Properties icon on the left panel

 or

         Right-click and the select Change Properties from the shortcut menu.

 

This window will then open:

 

 

 

 

Click on the Evaluation Type drop down list.  The first item in the list is Add a New Evaluation Type... Select that option and a window will then open prompting you to enter the name of the new evaluation type.

 

 

 

 

Enter the name you want to use for the new evaluation type and when you are done click the Save button.  The new evaluation type will be saved and the window will close.   You will then see the name reflected in the drop down list.

 

You can then select that new name if required.
