The Sent E-mails Window

After you have sent out the evaluation form with Trellis 2011, the Sent E-mail window will look something like this:

With this view you will see:
| • | The delegates you have e-mailed the evaluation form to |
| • | The date on which it was sent |
| • | A mark to indicate whether it was successfully delivered to the delegate. Where it was delivered okay it will be a tick but at cross otherwise. |
| • | A mark to indicate whether a reply has been received from that delegate. As soon as the e-mail is sent, this will be a cross but once a reply has been received it will be set to a click |
At the bottom of the window you will see a summary of the e-mailing activities:
Delivered: The emails that were successfully sent by Trellis 2011. If Trellis is able to send the e-mail, it assumes that the e-mail has been delivered though this may not necessarily be true. It is possible that on reaching the destination server the name is not recognised.
Bounced: The e-mails that Trellis 2011 was not able to send successfully as well as e-mails that were later discovered to have not been delivered and then set to manually to be bounced. See Change the Status of a Sent E-mail for more information.
Replies Received:The e-mails that Trellis 2011 has received a reply from and has processed their completed form.
In addition, you can carry out to following actions from this window:
