Sending and Evaluation Form by E-mail

To send an evaluation form by e-mail, click Send Evaluation Form on the E-mail tab. You will then see the following window.

The process of sending the evaluation form by e-mail is as follows:
| • | Populate the Distribution List with the names of the delegates you want to send the evaluation form to. |
| • | Enter a Subject for that will be used in the e-mails subject line. |
| • | Enter the text of the Message for the email. |
| • | Choose whether to automatically attach and send the evaluation form as an Attachment or to export it for review first and then manually attach it. |
| • | Click Send to send it using the setting you have set up in the E-mail Account Settings window. For more information on E-mail Account settings, see Working with E-mail Account Settings. |
Once you have sent the email you will receive a distribution report by email providing the following information:
| • | The name of the evaluation project the evaluation form relates to |
| • | The name of the evaluation form that was sent |
| • | The date and time it was sent |
| • | The text of the e-mail subject line |
| • | The text of the e-mail message |
| • | The number of people the e-mail was sent to |
| • | The list of delegates that were emailed |
| • | The attached evaluation form that will be received by the delegates. |
