Sending and Evaluation Form by E-mail

To send an evaluation form by e-mail, click Send Evaluation Form on the E-mail tab. You will then see the following window.

 

 

 

The process of sending the evaluation form by e-mail is as follows:

 

       Populate the Distribution List with the names of the delegates you want to send the evaluation form to.

 

       Enter a Subject for that will be used in the e-mails subject line.

 

       Enter the text of the Message for the email.

 

       Choose whether to automatically attach and send the evaluation form as an Attachment or to export it for review first and then manually attach it.

 

       Click Send to send it using the setting you have set up in the E-mail Account Settings window. For more information on E-mail Account settings, see Working with E-mail Account Settings.

 

 

Once you have sent the email you will receive a distribution report by email providing the following information:

 

       The name of the evaluation project the evaluation form relates to
       The name of the evaluation form that was sent
       The date and time it was sent
       The text of the e-mail subject line
       The text of the e-mail message
       The number of people the e-mail was sent to
       The list of delegates that were emailed
       The attached evaluation form that will be received by the delegates.
