Depending on whether you are creating a template form of project form you will need to set the destination for the forms as follows.

 

Saving to project form: The option to save to an evaluation project will only show up when an evaluation project is open. It will add the form to the list of evaluation forms that are in use by that evaluation project.

 

forms saved to evaluation projects can be copied to other evaluation projects or to the template library.  However if there is a form that you will be reusing, it is better to save it to the template library giving you a single place to locate the form you need.

 

 

 

Saving a template form: This will add the form to the template library making it accessible to be copied into other projects or edited to create another template form.
