To save a Multiple Choice - Single Response Group to the Text Library:

 

 From form designer main menu select Text Library -> Multiple Choice - Single Response

Or

 From the application main menu select forms -> Response Options Library -> Multiple Choice - Single Response

 

The library window will then open:

 

 

 

 

Click on Add a New Multiple Choice Group on the top left of the window, the Add Group window will open.

Saving a group to the library

 

Once you have crated your group you are able to save it to the library. To save the group:

 

 From the menu select Response Options Library -> Save

Or

 Click on the save icon on the toolbar

 

The following window will then open:

 

 

 

 

Type in a name for the group and then click on the Save button. Once the group has been saved, the window will be closed. If you had selected Close after Save? on the main window then that window will close also and you will be presented with the window showing your updated list of Multiple Choice - Single Response Groups.
