A Rating scale Group is a range of scales that a respondent can choose from to grade an answer to a question.  This will apply to rating scale questions (single or block).

 

You will create one or more rating scale groups in order to present the rating ranges that will show up on the form. When you create an rating scale group you can immediately add it to the form or choose to save it to the Rating Scales Library.  By saving rating scale groups to the library, you are able to call them up and reuse them avoiding having to create these groups each time you need them in a form.
