A Multiple Choice - Single Response Group is a list of response options that a respondent can choose from when answering a question. The respondent will be expected to select at lease one option that applies to the question being asked.

You will create one or more response groups in order to present the list of options that will show up on the form. When you create an option group you can immediately add it to the form or choose to save it to the Response Options Library.  By saving response options to the library, you are able to call them up and reuse them avoiding having to create these groups each time you need them in a form.
