Importing a logo into the Logo Library

To use a logo within Trellis 2011, it must first be added to the logo library. To add a logo to the logo library you need to open up the Logo Library window.

 

 From the application menu select forms -> Logo Library

or

 From the form Designer select Logo Library -> Logos

 

This window will then open -

 

 

 

 

From this window Click on Add a new Logo on the top left corner.  The following window will open up:

 

 

 

 

This window allows you to navigate to where you've saved graphics on your file system and then choose the images you want to import into the logo library.

 

To navigate to the graphics files:

 

 From the menubar select Logo -> Import...

or

 From the tool bar click on the import button .

 

The following dialog will then open:

 

 

 

 

 

Navigate to the graphics file,  Trellis 2011 supports the following file formats - bmp, jpg, jpeg or png.  Once you have selected an image file, click Open and your logo will be imported and displayed on the window.

 

 

 

 

With the logo imported you are now able to save it to the logo library.  To do this:

 

 From the menubar select Logo -> Save

or

 From the toolbar click on the save icon .

 

This will open up the logo library window with a prompt for a name for the logo:

 

 

Enter a name for your logo and then click OK to save the logo. You have now imported the logo into the library and it is available for use in any of your forms.
