forms are created by adding form elements to the layout panel. This section details how you can add, edit, delete or move up/down a form element.

A form is typically composed of the following elements. All of the elements are optional so you can pick and choose which elements you need to create your form

Working with Header Text

Working with Introduction Text

Working with Section Headers - Add areas of focus and benchmark subtotals to the form

Working with Questions - Add any of 5 different question types

Working with Free Text - Any free standing text that you might want to include on the form like instructions.

Working with the End Note - Usually an expression of thanks to the respondent for taking the time to fill out the form.

One last element that can be added to the form but is not text is the page break . This can be added to the form where you find that a page does not break in quite the way you expect
