and Spanish.
Use the form template library to store your forms for reuse or modify them to create new forms.
Save individual questions to the question library and retrieve them for incorporation in later
forms.
Personalise your evaluation forms by adding company logo.
Export your forms as a Microsoft Word document or PDF.
The Project Explorer
Provides the central location to manage projects and project folders:
- Create projects and folders
- Rename a project or folder
- Delete projects and folders
- Move a project from one folder to another
- Create a clone of a project
- Open the selected project
Also provides a navigation view of all evaluation projects and will show projects' summary when selected.
The Evaluation Project
Manage all aspects of a training evaluation:
- Details of the training event
- The delegates attending
- The evaluation forms required
- Work with email evaluations
- Work with web evaluations
- Work with feedback from the web, email and paper
- Run reports and apply filters where required
- Edit and save any notes to the project
Multi-project Reporting
Run reports for any project from a single interface without needing to open the individual project.
Run aggregate reports by applying filters or by selecting the individual evaluation forms to aggregate.
FTP Server Explorer
Browse the folders created on your web server for web evaluations.
Manage web server folder maintenance to reduce clutter once folders are no longer required.
