Q Who is Trellis 2008 for?
Trellis 2008 is for learning and development professionals who need to evaluate training courses and the
impact of training.

Q Can I use Trellis 2008 to collect tranining evaluation feedback over the web?
Unfortunately Trellis 2008 does not support this, however Trellis 2010, the next version of
Trellis scheduled for release in early 2010, will provide this functionality.
The next version of Trellis - Trellis 2010 - makes it easy for you to collect and analyse training
feedback over the web.
Trellis 2010 will allow you to create custom training evaluation forms and upload them to your website.
It also manages sending out invitations to your training delegates providing them with the url to the
evaluation form.
Once delegates have filled in the evaluation form online, Trellis 2010 downloads the results,
and is ready to provide feedback analysis reporting on demand.

Q Can I collect evaluation feedback by email with Trellis 2008?
Yes, Trellis 2008 version 2.0 introduced this capability.
Trellis 2008 will e-mail your
evalution forms to delegates as a Microsoft Word form. Once replies start comin back, it integrates with
Microsoft Outlook to retrieve and process them.
Q Can I scan completed evaluation forms into Trellis 2008?
The current version of Trellis 2008 does not support scanning. Feedback collection is by e-mail using Microsoft
Word and Outlook integration or by data-entry using the highly productive data entry interface.
Trellis 2008 supports multi-user data entry allowing you to share workload among available personnel.
Q Can I create evaluations in non-English languages?
Yes, you can.
Trellis 2008 supports a large number of non-English characters so you can use it to create questionnaires as
well as collect and analyse feedback in a wide variety of languages.
In addition, Trellis 2008 provides dictionaries in 6 languages (Dutch, English, French, German, Portuguese
and Spanish) which you can use to spell-check your evaluation forms as you design them.
